Songs from six Māori women who were members of the Royal New Zealand Womens Air Force based at Ohakea and recorded there during the war years.
Narrator is broadcaster Oriwa Haddon.
First song is "Toroa - love is yearning" written and composed by Leading Aircraftsman, Bunny Otene.

Next number is "Dusty wheels on the road to Tripoli" written and composed by Sergeant Amohau and sung in English. Sergeant Amohau also composed the popular song, "Māori Battalion".

"Kua rongorongo ake ahau" is next, followed by a final song in English, "Bless his heart".
