This week Cottrell comments on the burgeoning of ethnic newspapers in New Zealand because the mainstream media ignores ethnic minorities including Maori and Samoans. Papers such as Pacific Press, Te Iwi o Aotearoa (Black Power newspaper). Cottrell refers to the Government TV tax advertisements which is seen to be propaganda rather than informative.
