The Muollo family have been fishing the vibrant waters of Cook Strait for eighty five years. Over the years the technology has improved, but the basic fishing principles have remained unchanged. But over the last twenty years the list of government rules and regulations has seen an industry once dominated by owner/operators now controlled by fishing conglomerates.
