“All Blacks
Well that would finish off your World Cup campaign nicely, Doug Howlett, the popular winger overlooked for the losing quarter final has been arrested in London after taking out his frustrations on a couple of cars and his hotel room. Not exactly the role model behaviour Graeme Henry was extolling on his return today and since confirmation from London. The All Black coach is refering everyone to the All Blacks media manager, who just doesn't ring back. The shutters are coming down right through the Rugby Union but one man who knows more than anyone the pressures of the black jersey, the pressures of disappointment and the reality of losing it is former All Black hooker Norm Hewitt. Norm joins us in our Wellington studio.

Local Body Elections
If you cant be bothered, are not interested or are blissfully unaware then welcome to the majority. In most centres barely twenty five percent of you have voted in the local body elections, far lower than previous years. The polls close Saturday so tomorrow's the deadline for posting in your ballot thats if you can find it or havent already binned it. So in the face of overwhelming disinterest we decided to engage some of the most creative minds in the country to see if they could "zhush up" our local body elections. Also we hear from Invercargill's mayor Tim Shadbolt and Manukau mayoral candidate Willie Jackson.

Spirit of Adventure
The 2007 Nobel Peace prize is due to be announced this Friday in Oslo and this year theres a kiwi connection amongst contenders for the prize. For over 30 years the Spirit of New Zealand has been taking groups of teenagers to sea on team building adventures and the charity that runs it all , Sail Training International has been nominated for the award. In terms of accolades they don't get much bigger. But what does a sailing ship have to do with the Noble Peace prize? And what is it about a week or so on the briny that seems to benefit teenagers so much? We joined latest intake of trainees to find out. John Sellwood on the Hauraki Gulf."
