Spectrum looks at the fitness industry and surveys some of the options currently available to those in pursuit of a fitter, trimmer, healthier self.

Jerome Cvitanovich follows John King in his pursuit of fitness. He interviews several people in health related professions, including hypnotherapies James Brown (to help quit smoking), wellness consultant Michael Hayman, yoga teacher Gwendolyn Hunt and Aquafitness programme coordinator Christine Craig. They also visit a sports clothes shop and a gym.
