Morning report. 1993-05-21, [EMPLOYMENT - UNDER EMPLOYMENT

A Department of Statistics survey has shown an increase in the number of
part-time workers seeking more hours of work, going from 31,000 in 1986
to 100,000 in 1992. Adam Gifford speaks to Peter Conway of the National
Distribution Union (NDU) about this trend of "under-employment".
