Morning report. 1993-08-31, SOMALIA - UNITED STATES TROOPS

Mark Doyle reports that in a bungled raid last night, 50 United States
troops landed from helicopters and detained eight people in the Somali
capital of Mogadishu, only to find the eight were United Nations (UN)
aid workers. US President Bill Clinton talks about the Somali incident
