In his annual address to the Orewa Rotary Club, former Prime Minister Sir Robert Muldoon paints a gloomy economic picture for 1988 and predicts a worldwide recession. This was his 20th successive annual speech to the club and Paul Patrick reports that Sir Robert also attacked government policies.
