The unknown Englishman, fled the scene once the incident occurred. She is known as "Amy R" a 28 year old New Zealand woman.

Bill Hodge (Associate Professor University of Auckland Law School) talks about Zhen Xiao, 24, the Chinese accused who stands trial in Shanghai, China for a murder crime he committed in New Zealand of Auckland taxi driver Hiren Mohini. This is the first time ever in New Zealand history that an overseas jurisdiction is trying a person for murder committed in New Zealand.
