1. James Moore is interviewed after being lost at sea for six months. He had been given up for dead but finally reached Auckland Harbour.
2. Christchurch airport terminal buildings opened by the Governor General, Viscount Cobham. Other speakers include the mayor, George Manning and the prime minister, Walter Nash.
3. Roland Partridge tells of his Boer war experiences including the relief of Ladysmith.
