"Te Maramataka Māori" - Wellington Teachers Training College Māori Club, No.2

The second programme of recordings for "Te Maramataka Māori" opens with a traditional fishing chant "Karu, Karu", followed by "E Rere Ra, Te Matangi".

Then a genealogical chant "Po Po", which Presenter Ulric Williams acknowledges is a feat of memory and endurance. The next scene is of a visiting party being welcomed with a Powhiri, and the act ends with "Whatata Pipiwharauroa".
