Waitangi Day celebrations begin on Monday, Hone Harawira (Mana Party Leader) in Kaitaia who talks to Duncan about what role he will play at Te Tii Marae. Duncan asks about why he would want to tone down his address this year; and the Prime Minister will not be speaking at the marae this year - instead he will speak at the Waitangi Day forum of which Hone will be facilitating. They discuss the Treaty of Waitangi clause; the Popata brothers (who assaulted the Prime Minister at a former Waitangi Day celebrations).
