Part 1. London Calling. Shortwave broadcast of "Kiwis" rugby match versus Wales in Cardiff 1946. Present at the rugby game is the New Zealand Prime Minister, Peter Fraser and Sir General Freyberg to whom the crowd sing "For He's A Jolly Good Fellow". Commentator, Winston McCarthy lists the Kiwis and Welsh rugby team players whilst the crowd can be heard singing Welsh hymns in the background. Other commentators during the game include Howard Marshall and Rex Alston from the BBC. "God save the King" is sung followed by the haka performed by the Kiwis. The referee is J.B.G. Whittaker, Wales kicks the game off.

Part 7. At 26 minutes into the second half the score is still 3-0 to Wales.
Sherratt scores a try for the Kiwis bringing the score to 3-5 to New Zealand with ten minutes left to the end of the game.

Part 8. With 6 minutes to go Scott scores a penalty for the Kiwis, the score now 3-8 to the New Zealand. Scott scores another penalty making the score 11-3 to New Zealand with time almost up. Howard Marshall sums up the final game's play. Rex Alston provides the points contributing to the final score.
