04/137/101 "95bfm Atom xxx Judy Mills1/578" duplicate appears on ACC04/137/60

"The song XXX by Atom was broadcast on 95bFM at about 1.00am on 22 September 2000. The song began with a string of expletives, including the words "fuck" and "shit" and the expression "suck my motherfucking dick". These expletives were repeated at various times during the song."

04/137/103 "The Rock Statement 19/11/02"

A statement from management at The Rock regarding comments made about a complianant who had made a number of complaints to the Broadcasting Standards Authortiy. This statement is broadcast on order by the BSA. The statement is followed but the song,"Bliss" by Th'Dudes, which begins with repeated phrase 'ya ya ya ya yah'. The statement does not actually apologise, just states that the BSA considers The Rock had made three unfair broadcasts - one questioned the mental health of the complainant and that the other two were threatening and abusive. The Rock also had to pay $250 by way of costs to the complainant. NB Poor quality audio.
