TANIWHARAU from Waikato perform their items for the 1981 NZ Poly Festival held in Auckland at the Avondale Racecourse.

Order of performance :-

1. CHORAL : Te Ariki hei a koe noho e

2. WHAKAEKE : E mo kumu, e mo kumu. (traditional item)

3. WAIATA - PATERE : E noho au ite papa tahi o Rawiri.(traditional item)

4. WAIATA -A-RINGA : "Kororia" (original comp. P.Taituha.)

5. WHAKAWHITI : Ka hua au.(NB : changeover. not a competiotion item.)

6. HAKA : He oranga mai.(traditional item)

7. POI : Nga ra o Hune (comp. Princess Te Puea., the poi runs into the Whakawatea.)

8. WHAKAWATEA : Tai arahi te aroha.(words by princess Te Puea.
