- Western Samoan Goverment and Polynesian Airlines are being sued for
more than Three Million American dollars for breach of contract. They are
being sued by New Zealand businessman Ewan Wilson, managing director of
Kiwi Travel Air Charters in Hamilton.

both went back on their word.

Wilsons case, and says Mr. Wilson has no bases fro complaint.
