The Honourable Peter Tapsell speaks with Bruce Burn in Gisborne about "Tribalism". Mr Tapsell in a long time advocate of the view that a retreat into "tribalism" has little to offer Māori, the fact being that Māori are so scattered throughout New Zealand, that tribalism is important to Māori in terms of kawa, history and our own ancestral lands.

They also discuss Māori Iwi Authority, their election, their powers, Authorities and integration.

Dame Kiri Te Kanawa is performing two outdoor benefit concerts in New Zealand next January, and in both she will be accompanied by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra conducted by John Hopkins.
