Greetings and programme rundown.

Ngarimu Blair: (Spokesperson for Ngāti Whatua Trust Board) talks with Willie about what is happening concerning Māori representation on the Auckland's Super City Council and their Dawn Vigil last week on Mt. Eden, Maunga Whau.

Shane Jones: (MP List Member for the Labour Party), talks with Willie about the Select Committee process with the Super City Submissions. Shane also talks about the different submissions and various views coming through on Māori representation on the Super City Council. He also states that John Key and Rodney Hide have no wish to have Māori representation on the Super Council. Shane was impressed with the presentation of the submission from Ngāti Whatua, Ngarimu Blair and Merata Kawharu.

Dr. Brian Cox: (Director of the Hugh Adam Epidemiology Unit, University of Otago). He talks today on the rise of Melanoma among Māori which is normally very low anyway. Now Brian's research shows a 90% increase in melanoma in Māori over his eleven-year study period. We and the Queensland Coast of Australia have the highest rates of melanoma in the world.

Chas Te Whetu: (One of the spokesman for Tuhoe talks about the Economic Summit on the 17th, 18th July in Ohope) to discuss the settlement money going to Tuhoe. The facilitator for the Economic Summit is Matt Te Pou.

Moana Jackson and Dale Husband: Moana is a Māori Lawyer specialising in Treaty constitutional issue. This is a pre-recorded interview taken from the "Newsmakers" programme on Radio Waatea.
Moana talks with Dale about the Declaration of Rights of Indigenous Peoples which he has been instrumental in drafting over the past two decades. They also discuss the Foreshore and Seabed review and the formation of Māori Sub Committees to hear Submissions on the Auckland Governance programme that is happening in Orakei today.

Tama Huata: Tama was involved with the Kaumatua Kapa Haka event at Wellington's Te Papa Museum last weekend. He talks with Willie about this live and web cast event performed by eight senior non-competitive groups.

Duncan Garner: Qantas Media Award winning Political Editor, with a Weekly wrap-up of Politics. This week we talk about PM John Key's Pacific Island working visit accompanied by two sporting personalities, Iga Tuigamala and Michael Jones. They also talk about the rumour that Winston Peters may run for the Mayor of the Auckland Super City who they believe would like to run against John Banks.

Ken Laban: Lower Hutt Mayoral Candidate, Prominent Community Leader and Sports Analyst and Commentator, with a Weekly wrap-up of Sports. This week they talk about the Warriors results and prospects and the All Blacks Test prospects.
