0700 NEWS PERU - HOSTAGES - heavily armed rebels of Tupac Amaru revolutionary movement holding at least 200 hostages in residence of Japanese ambassador, demanding release of jailed comrades and have threatened to kill Foreign minister Francisco Tudela if authorities don't comply.
