Sarah Locke reports on the government announcement that people under
the age of 18 will not receive the dole as from December, they will have
to continue their education or take on training courses. Access
organisers say they don't have enough money to cope with the demand for training at present and that this new development will only make matters worse. Geoff Robinson speaks with the Minister of Education Phil Goff.
