He orite te kaupapa o tēnei hōtaka ki ēra e rite ana ki te kaupapa Hauora.

Hauora Whanganui is a new series that charts the personal journeys of the independent iwi health workers providing for Māori in and around scenic Whanganui. Over 13 stunning episodes we get to know a diverse group of Māori professionals at work and at play – at home with their whānau and through relationships developed with the patients they so proudly serve. It’s a series full of human drama, set in a region that offers health workers unique challenges – from urbanisation to restricted access into some of New Zealand’s most isolated communities up the mighty Whanganui River.

Episode 4
We meet smoke free coach Sandi Ranganui and client Ben Potaka, two of an increasing number of grandparents who have become smoke free on the bequest of their mokopuna.

Pet MacDonnell and Moana Bell of Te Puke Karanga Hauora journey to Ohakune to monitor a Kuia with diabetes who wishes to return to her ancestral land on the awa.
