A four part documentary series about Chile, a country that stretches 4,000 kilometres and spans 38 degrees of latitude down the west coast of South America and features almost every climatic and geographical zone on earth. In today's episode in the north of Chile the Atacama Desert is an area that has been deprived of rain for millions of years and is devoid of life, yet on one side of the desert lies the Pacific Ocean and on the other the Andes, both regions teeming with wildlife.
