A large traction engine - solid wheels - tows a large decorated cart full of people. Other horse & traps pass by, crowd-lined street, policeman pushing people back. Guild banners e.g. carpenters, parade past. Floats with local businesses e.g. timber merchants. Very elaborate structures drawn by horses.
