The characters of The Court of King Collywobble are introduced. King Collywobble was feeling down in the dumps and lonely being a king. He feels his subjects sometimes take him for granted. Then the court people burst in the door and surround him, along with the animals to give him a party. The King knows he is appreciated after all. The party gets in full swing with everyone making merry with music and singing, and the Prime Minister’s speech. When the time comes for the King to give his speech, he is unable to say anything.
