We apologise for the inconvenience.

Graeme Tuckett’s 2009 documentary explores the life and work of tireless activist filmmaker Barry Barclay (Ngāti Apa and Pākehā), the director of Ngati, Tangata Whenua, The Neglected Miracle and much more.

Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision and Manatū Taonga Ministry for Culture and Heritage are proud to present this film that looks at the life and work of a remarkable New Zealander.
This screening will be introduced by Reina Solomon, Ngāti Toa Rangatira and Project Manager for Te Tai Whakaea Treaty Settlement Stories.

‘Future generations will always have Barclay's remarkable films, but thanks to Tuckett's dedication they will now also have a vivid taste of a personal encounter with his ardent, testy intelligence.’

– Bill Gosden, New Zealand International Film Festival.
