Shaun Brown comments on the media in the past week. He looks at media reviews and comments on the four-part television docudrama ‘Erebus: The Aftermath’ (1987). Brown agrees with the reviewers that the programme was fascinating, but is critical of the facts in the programme. He compares the series with a documentary made in 1981 ‘Flight 901’. Excerpts are shown from both films and compared in the light of fact of fiction.
