Morning report. 1993-09-29, UNEMPLOYMENT - VOTER SURVEY

Politicians are urged to take note of a voter survey which places
Unemployment at the top of the list of concerns for 61% of voters in
marginal electorates. The survey was commissioned by Top Tier; a group
that includes Chambers of Commerce, Federated Farmers, The
Manufacturers' Federation and other business groups. The survey shows
that voters are concerned with social issues rather than economic ones.
