The host of Nine to Noon, Kathryn Ryan, interviews several people about the findings of the Commission of Inquiry into Police Conduct, which was carried out by Dame Margaret Bazley.
They are the Prime Minister Helen Clark; an anonymous complainant; then another complainant Louise Nicholas, who accused several police officers of historical rape, followed by an interview with the Police Commissioner Howard Broad.
