Mike Hosking and Geoff Robinson look at the history of Morning Report themes from 1975 to the introduction of a fourth new theme twenty years later. Includes examples of some themes.NB: Some of the information given is incorrect, the second theme which survives was not introduced in 1984, as it was in use in 1979 (Erebus edition of MR). We suspect that only one theme is missing after the first one, not two.
