DIANA SHAND, HUMAN RIGHTS

Retiring Human Rights commissioner, Diana Shand, says she hopes the
government will move to protect people against human rights abuse not
covered by present legislation. She talks about the awareness of rights
and the attitude changes that she has noticed in her term of office.
