(He refers to technical problems filing the audio via a 'mutter box' which was a device that connected reporter's tape recorders to analogue telephone lines.)

2. A voice report by Bruce Burn filed via telephone in English for translation into te reo Maori by Te Reo o Aotearoa.

3. Report in te reo Māori from Lewis Moeau about flooding in Gisborne.

The reports were incorporated into news bulletins produced by Te Reo o Aotearoa.
