The TVC was later the subject of a complaint to the BSA. The complainant said it had been inappropriately shown at 3.40pm on a Saturday afternoon during "Stars in Their Eyes", which they had been watching with their grandchildren.

The Complaints Board noted the advertisement was being run for a week's duration to seek donations and said that the image was justified by the message.

Decision: Complaint Not Upheld
