The Marmite advertisement claimed: "The original yeast spread with iron."

The Complainant said it was misleading as the original Marmite he purchased in the UK recently was different.

Code of Ethics, Rule 2.

The only claim was that Marmite was "the original yeast spread with iron", Accordingly, the taste could vary depending on where it had been produced, but the claim was still accurate.
