The advertisement showed the back view of a man apparently urinating into a toilet,flushing and then, after initially walking away, returning to put the seat down. The tag line was , "Yeah Right".

The Complainant said it was objectionable, offensive and a bad model.

Code of Ethics, Rule 5

The Chairman said it did not reach the threshold to cause either serious or widespread offence and the humorous message could encourage men to show greater consideration towards women.
