The Honourable Mrs Hilda Ross appeals to the women of New Zealand to consider investing in National Development.
She says that women are the most invested in 'everyday' concerns such as having constant electricity and hot water, or sufficient schools for the population increase, appealing to their family and domestic-oriented sensibilities. She asks women to urge their husbands to support the loan.
