Court of Appeal dismisses attempt by lawyers acting for Peter Mwai (Kenyan musician with HIV Aids virus who was convicted in 1994 of having unprotected sex with five women) to have his deportation order overturned, he flew out of New Zealand this afternoon after being released from Mount Eden Prison this morning.
