Darryl Kilpatrick was convicted of knowingly having sex with his girlfriend without informing her he is HIV positive, he was sentenced to nine months jail, in sentencing the judge wanted send a message of warning but the Aids Foundation say the sentencing is of no benefit to the victim and won't send the appropriate message.
