Celia gets into highchair, Olwyn cuts Celia’s hair, view of hair cutting equipment sitting on table, baby crawls up to table and is carried off again by Olwyn. Olwyn ties bow in girl’s hair after haircut. Celia collects baby and passes him to Olwyn, baby gets a haircut then the three walk towards house.
