Holt Harvey and Magnum corporation used the Cook Islands for similar
hidden deals.
The BNZ is to be sold to the National Australia Bank (NAB), and two days
ago the BNZ's Chief Executive Lyndsay Pyne announced his resignation.
Tino Pereira i/vs Bob Prowse, soon to be the BNZ's new Chief Executive
and currently a top executive with the NAB.
