Talk by Seargent Robert Pink of Hamilton about the landing and taking of
Nissan Island.

"The soldiers have made many articles to make life on Nissan more
comfortable. We go swimming, play cards or write letters. There is a
YMCA tent and we arrange concerts amongst ourselves".
"During our trip to Nissan we were attacked by enemy planes but no
damage was done. we landed in the early hours of the morning".
