Talk by Dorian Salker "Hitch hiking in New Caledonia".

"When 3 Division was in New Caledonia it was easy to hitch hike around
the country. There were many jeeps and trucks on the roads. Sometimes it
could be hard to find a bed at the end of the journey if there was not
a camp handy. Once I slept in an ambulance and once in a school".
