Sitiveni Rabuka, Prime Minister of Fiji, arrived in NZ yesterday for his
first official visit as Prime Minister. National Prime Minister Jim
Bolger says despite concerns about Fiji's constitution, Rabuka is Fiji's
head of government and will be welcomed accordingly.
