RAPE: First in tonight's programme, the vexed topic of sentences for the crime of rape, following news of this morning's sentence of seven years in jail for Raymond Russell Green for the rape component of his crime against Howard Teppett and his sister, the Court of Appeal, in a separate case, has today recommended harsher sentences for crimes of that nature.
