Opening theme and introduction by unidentified female and male speakers, "In the Cook Islands these are the songs we sing... but first we send our greetings to listeners in New Zealand and the Cook Islands".
The programme starts with a sad love song 'Where ever you may go'
A gay chant 'The Sweet Music of the Guitar', a duet 'O My Beloved' and a Rarotongan version of a square dance, 'Rarotongan Gay Gordons'. Programme ends with farewell theme song.

The programme starts with a canoe building chant, followed by two songs connected with Polynesian migration through the Pacific centuries ago, 'Onward the Canoe' and 'Song of Welcome to the Travellers'.
Programme ends with farewell theme song.
