Parliament's speaker Peter Tapsell has ruled that the winebox documents,
although tabled in the house, will not be publicly released, due to
the fact that some relate to matters that are sub judice at the High
Court. Includes i/v with Winston Peters, and i/v with Sir Geoffrey
Henry, Prime Minister of the Cook Islands, who addresses some of
Winston Peter's earlier claims.
