Bronwen Evans reports on the comments by Cook Islands' Prime Minister Sir Geoffrey Henry that his government's hands are tied with regard to the inquiry into the winebox documents in New Zealand courts. He says that the Cook Islands government can't force European Pacific to hand over financial documents to the inquiry. The Prime Minister also retracted accusations he has made that a TVNZ current affairs team investigating the affair was funded by the CIA.
