Oscar Kightley is a New Zealand actor, television presenter and writer. He was born in Samoa and has lived in New Zealand since the age of four. Oscar acted in and co-wrote the successful films 'Sione's Wedding', 'Sione's 2: Unfinished Business' and police drama 'Harry'. He is also a member of the comedy group 'Naked Samoans', who together wrote the animated television series 'bro'Town'. Oscar has also been a breakfast presenter on Niu FM and a guest presenter on RNZ National.

Oscar co-founded the theatre company Pacific Underground and in 2009 was made a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to theatre and television. In 2012 Oscar became an ambassador for 'New Zealand Water Safety' to encourage New Zealanders to learn to swim by taking up the challenge himself.
