This is a short documentary on the devastation and loss of life in Fiji caused by Hurricane [Cyclone] Lottie. On Monday Dec 10th 1973 tragedy struck the people of Fiji when the boats Uluilakemba and Makongai sank with the loss of 84 people.

It contains interviews with officer of the Uluilakemba and captain of the Soo Chow, Mr Ben Aldiss, as well as script by Gerry Brackenbury which describes the conditions prior to the storm and the search and rescue operation.
