CONTED SERIES 95 - THE GIFT HORSE GOES GALLOPING

This 8 part series of 20-minute programmes looks at foreign aid and the issues raised by the development assistance we send to other countries. The series includes interviews with Foreign Affairs, the V.S.A, and Rupert Watson, the former Director of the Africa Information Centre.
It examines some projects and the problems surrounding them. It asks how aid benefits women and what effect the Christian and church agencies have in aid development.
