CYCLONE HETA RECOVERY COMMITTEE

This is Monday night repeat of the programme first broadcast on National Radio just after the 8am news on Sunday 18 September 2004.
The recording begins with the 9pm news, trailer, weather with Warwick Burke, then 06'55" INSIGHT begins. Eric Frykberg looks at the ongoing efforts to rebuild the island of Niue after it was hit by Cyclone Heta, on 5 January, 2004, almost destroying the capital Alofi and nearby villages.
The programme includes Eric's reports at the time of the cyclone, and he talks to many people about the recovery. In order of appearance they are:
